1. Campaign Period: 20 July 2026 to 10 October 2026 (inclusive).
  2. Platforms: Valid on purchases made at Home Box stores in Qatar and on Home Box Qatar online.
  3. Eligibility: Customers who spend QAR 300 or more in a single transaction/order during the campaign period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the electronic raffle draw.
  4. Entry Mechanism: One (1) eligible invoice/order = One (1) raffle entry. No physical or electronic raffle coupon will be issued. Eligibility will be determined using the customer's order/invoice details and associated Shukran ID (where applicable).
  5. Minimum Spend: Only transactions with a minimum value of QAR 300 (after applicable discounts and before any returns or cancellations) qualify for the raffle.
  6. Prizes: A total of five (5) winners will each receive one Suzuki Across vehicle.
  7. Raffle Draw Date: The electronic raffle draw will be conducted on 13 October 2026 under the supervision of the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.

  9. Eligible entries relating to cancelled, refunded, returned, exchanged (resulting in the qualifying spend not being met), fraudulent or invalid transactions will be disqualified.
  10. Home Box reserves the right to verify customer eligibility, validate transactions, and request proof of identity, purchase, or any other supporting documentation before confirming prize entitlement.
  11. Winners may be required to present a valid Qatar ID or any other documentation required by the relevant authorities before the prize is released.
  12. Home Box reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, misuse, manipulation, tampering, multiple or duplicate accounts, or any activity intended to unfairly influence the campaign or that violates these Terms & Conditions.
  13. Entries generated through automated systems, bots, bulk registrations, or any other unauthorised means shall be deemed invalid.
  14. Winners will be contacted using the contact details associated with their transaction or Shukran account. Home Box shall not be responsible if a winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact information.
  15. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  16. Home Box shall not be liable for any technical malfunction, system failure, network interruption, delay, or any lost, incomplete, or invalid entries resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  17. Home Box shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from participation in this campaign or acceptance or use of the prize.
  18. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Home Box and its affiliated companies may use the winner's name, photograph, image, and city of residence for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
  19. Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Home Box's decisions regarding eligibility, validation of entries, winner selection, and all matters relating to this campaign shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
  20. Home Box reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, modify, or cancel the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities and applicable laws, where required.
