When will I receive my order?
Furniture: You’ll be able to schedule a delivery time and date that suits you. At checkout, you can either opt for our super-fast 2-day Express delivery at an additional cost of QAR 199 or Scheduled delivery.
Household items: Your products will be delivered in 2-4 business days.
Delivery will take a little longer to certain areas.

What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
It depends on the shipping method you choose.
Furniture: If you are not at home, our Customer Service team will call you to reschedule a convenient delivery date and time.
Household items: If you’ve ordered household products with standard delivery, our delivery partner will call you to reschedule your delivery. If you miss this delivery, they will make two more attempts. If you’re still unavailable to receive your order after the third attempt, it’ll be returned to us.

Will I be charged for delivery?
Here’s how your delivery charges work:
Furniture: Scheduled delivery is free on orders of QAR 499 or more. If your total order value is less than QAR 499, you will be charged QAR 99 for delivery. 2-day Express delivery charges are QAR 199 on orders of any value.
Household items: Standard delivery is free on all orders of QAR 199 or more. If your order value is less than QAR 199, you will be charged QAR 19 for delivery.
There will be an additional service charge of QAR 9 on all Cash on Delivery orders.
Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
